These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ViralDNA.io, including our website, web application, browser extensions, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ViralDNA.io provides analytics and creative tools for YouTube content creators, including script and scenario analysis, thumbnail analysis and generation, channel and niche discovery, community post drafting, and related AI-assisted features. The Service analyses publicly available YouTube data and content that you submit.
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data obtained through YouTube API Services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days in accordance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

The Service uses third-party AI models to produce scores, briefs, suggestions, and images. This output is an estimate and an aid to your own judgement. We do not guarantee that any score, suggestion, or generated asset will result in particular views, revenue, monetization status, or performance. Revenue and RPM figures shown in the Service are estimates based on public signals, not reported YouTube earnings. You remain solely responsible for reviewing output before you publish it and for ensuring that what you publish complies with YouTube's policies and applicable law.
You keep ownership of the scripts, titles, descriptions, images, and other material you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that material for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the output generated for you, including commercially. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including our software, models, prompts, interfaces, indexes, and branding.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be added, changed, or removed. Third-party dependencies, including YouTube API Services and AI providers, may impose limits or outages that affect the Service. If we make a material adverse change to a paid feature, we will give notice by email or in the application.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use creates risk for the Service or other users. Where practical and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to correct the problem first. Unused paid credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis if we terminate your account without cause.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost views, lost revenue, or loss of channel standing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above will change and, for material updates, we will notify you in the application or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
